Hailing from Boston, multi talented producer, DJ, and artist Meduso is as unique and innovative as they come. Outside of producing gritty, earth shattering bass music, Meduso is also a designer whose contributions include being the lead designer for Beyoncé’s Ivy Park clothing line. Today though, we are here because of Meduso’s brand new EP Mind Cemetery, a four-track project of distortion and innovation.
Mind Cemetery serves as a metaphor for resistance and the fight against control under systems of power and gets this message across through heavy dubstep. Meduso’s style is mind-bending, dark and introspective. Lead single “Louder” was a tone-setting glimpse into the EP as a massive and nasty dubstep tune. While newcomer’s like “Want More” show the diverse and complex side to Meduso’s music. All in all, Meduso’s talent shines once again in this EP.
