Transcendent electronic producer and label head of MorFlo Records, Mersiv, has been on a tear this summer, performing massive sets at festivals, clubs, and dance floors all over the US. His appearance at Electric Forest left fans craving more music, as he served up over an hour of insane mixes. So, just last week, Mersiv decided to surprise those who couldn’t show up to the real deal with a full recording of his live set on Soundcloud.
A collection of Mersiv’s most well-known tracks, new releases, and loads of unreleased content, this set can only be described as legendary. Near the end of the night, standout remix of Linkin Park‘s “Somewhere I Belong,” surprised fans with its seamless blend of buzzy electronic elements and grungy rock vocals. An impressive cohesion of genres and response to crowd feedback, it is clear that Mersiv is able to concoct mixes on the spot that will drive his fans absolutely wild.
