Prepare For Mersiv’s Sold-Out Red Rocks Show & Everything Else Happening This Weekend

||, , , , , |

One of bass music’s biggest acts right now, Mersiv is gearing up for his sold-out debut headlining show at Red Rocks tomorrow. The show is titled Journey To Mars which only means we’ll be expecting one thing; an otherworldly journey of bass and sound.

Mersiv alone is enough to be excited for but of course, he managed to compile a group of openers capable of holding their own anywhere. We’ve decided to give you a quick run through of each supporting act to get you prepared for the festivities.

Daily Bread
The Atlanta product is still buzzing from his latest album, Invisible Cinema, and has been on a tear of live shows since. He has carried the electro soul torch since Pretty Lights’ hiatus and has played a part in its revival over the last few years.

Tripp St.
The mysterious producer has become a topic of conversation for having truly immersive live performances. Having released music on CloZee’s Odyzey Music imprint and WAKAAN, he’s been able to forge his sound into something that’s both groundbreaking and recognizable.

Liquid Smoak
Rising West Coast bass duo, Smoakland, are always finding ways to innovate and have been able to venture into new waters with their liquid drum n bass side project. After dropping a series of iconic Liquid Smoak mixes, the duo has finally begun to string together some official releases along with some live shows.

SIPPY

The Sydney-born bass queen has spent some time on the Aussie bass music circuit. Having found a recurring place on Zeds Dead’s Deadbeats imprint, she’s only further solidified her place among the top producers in the game.

AstroLizard
Marking the second anonymous producer on the lineup, AstroLizard has been having a monstrous breakout year. The alien-like reptile has already released music on WAKAAN and MorFlo records and is another exciting act to watch as their emergence onto the scene continues.

Honeycomb
Honeycomb is a widely renowned beatboxer, producer, DJ, and multi-instrumentalist that has made a name for himself by performing and traveling for years. He’s made regular appearances at Electric Forest, Dirtybird Campout, Holy Ship, and Camp Bisco and is sure to get any good party started.

This show is going to be one for the ages but that doesn’t mean the fun has to stop there. There’s a number of official and unofficial afterparties and side-shows happening throughout the week. Make sure to check out everything that’s happening below so you don’t miss out on the fun.
