Mindchatter Delivers Exquisite Self-Reflective EP ‘Spiritual Puberty’

||, |,

You know how hard growing up can be? Mindchatter does, and his newest EP is about exactly that. The twenty-five year old producer shares his highly impressive EP, Spiritual Puberty, via Foreign Family Collective.

We just can’t get enough of Mindchatter’s silky smooth productions. So up close and personal, every vocal, synth lead, bass line, and drum fill gets the attention it deserves. This approach embodies the experience of Spiritual Puberty, Mindchatter experimenting with a variety of lyrical themes while remaining consistent with his vibrant instrumentals. The closing track, “Phlegm,” ends the EP on an intimate, emotional note with its stripped-down vibe.

Mindchatter commented on the meaning behind the EP, sharing:

Simply put, Spiritual Puberty is about growing up. I guess becoming an adult is realizing you are NOT going to hook up with every person, read every book, try every food, master every instrument, learn every language, live in Europe, call everyone you need to call back, right everyone you wronged, or even overcome (like truly overcome) every single one of your fears. It’s about respecting time and taking your place in it.
