Both Party Favor and four piece production group Bad Royale have been hard at work lately. With Bad Royale having recently dropped a refreshing remix of A R I Z O N A's "Electric Touch" and Party Favor climbing the charts via an infectious summer single with NJOMZA & FKI 1st and his banger of a track, “WAWA”, 2017 has definitely been a good year for these LA-based artists. Today, as Party Favor and Bad Royale make their first stop on Party Favor’s Tuned Out Tour, we have the pleasure of premiering their brand new collaboration, “Bury”.
While this latest offering makes for Party Favor’s third release of 2017, it will be the first single to drop on his new label, Area 25. Starting off with some non-traditional percussion and distant bells, Richie Loop’s pitched vocals slowly float in, immediately giving the track a dark, ominous vibe. A fast-paced rise and some wonky synths quickly throw the track into a powerful dancehall-inspired drop filled with coarse, warbling sirens, a booming bassline and some skittering percussion.
