Petit Biscuit completely won us over in 2017 with the drop of his debut album, Presence. It was a beautiful, serene piece of art that transported us to a place of pure, musical tranquility. The young French artist has been touring the album since its release, and today he’s announced that he will be moving on from the Presence live show, as it’s time to create something new. In light of this, Petit Biscuit has released a full, high quality stream of one of the shows that took place at Les Vieilles Charrues Festival in 2019.
Here’s what he had to say about it in his own words:
As the Presence tour concludes and now that I am working on a brand-new live show, I’ve decided to upload the full-length version of the Presence show that I’ve been playing for the last 3 years. I hope you enjoy this, as it brings back many memories for me. I know it’s not perfect and I like that because, in hindsight, it gives me a lot of clues to improve the new version I’ll be playing in 2020!
Saying goodbye to his Presence show may be bittersweet for Petit Biscuit, but we’re excited to hear what he churns up next for his live performances. We’re thrilled that we’ll be able to enjoy the show whenever we want, now that it’s on YouTube in its entirety.
