Absolutely nobody saw this one coming.
The two massive worlds of electronic music and jam bands have collided in what will be a tour that will make history. The meteorically fast rising FISHER and Trey Anastasio of the legendary jam-band Phish have joined forces to announce a co-headlining tour that is set to tear apart North America. It’s been dubbed the PHISHER Tour and it will be kicking off January 2021.
We have no idea how the set is going to work or if there is going to be any other members of Phish, but we can’t wait to see how this unfolds.
In what’s expected to be one of the biggest North American tours in history, FISHER and Phish will be starting the tour at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, and ending with a 31-night run at Madison Square Garden for all of December (including New Years Eve). In addition to these huge venues, the guys will also be hitting some of our favorites like Red Rocks Amphitheatre and The Gorge.
Even though it’s still months away, presale tickets go on sale 12:00pm PST this Friday. With both FISHER and Phish able to sell out any venue on their own, you’ll want to be ready for when they drop, as tickets are sure to fly.
There’s a lot of question to be answered, but something we can certainly say, we are fully on team PHISHER.
Note: Amidst all that is going on in the world, we hope you are well and taking this time to slow down and embrace the stillness. Stay home, stay safe, smile, and Happy April Fool’s Day.
