Making their debut on TSIS today is electronic music duo Arms and Sleepers, Max Lewis and Mirza Ramic. Specializing in ambient and trip-hop, the group have explored the reaches of electronic music since forming in 2006 in Boston.
Their newest single “So Much Sometimes” is a downtempo, ambient journey through richly crafted sounds, perfect for a calm night. The main focus of the track is the dynamic percussion, which rides over some slowly moving synths and a mellow vocal sample. Throw in some headphones and get ready to relax.
This is our first taste of Arms and Sleepers’ upcoming EP Current Powers of Movement, which will release in its entirety in October via Loci Records.
