The Break Science dudes clearly know the value of quality over quantity. We’ve been treated to a handful of singles from the beloved Colorado duo since their 2018 album Grid Of Souls. Today, we’re proud to be premiering a brand new Break Science remix of Brooklyn-raised artist Blakkamoore‘s track with Snoop Dogg, “Get Down Tonight,” off of Blakkmoore’s 2020 album, Upward Spiral.
This new one features brilliant performances from the whole squad. Snoop’s verses and Blakkamoore’s singing mixes perfectly with the bass-heavy funk clinic that Break Science lays down. This is a perfect display of the duo’s “boom bap electronic” vibe. The groovy production hits right in every spot, taking the original to a psychedelically fresh new level.
