PREMIERE | Dirt Monkey & Amp Live Join Forces On “Power Of People”

||, |,

We have a monstrous new collab to premiere for you this afternoon from two of electronics music’s most innovative low-end producers. Colorado’s own Dirt Monkey has teamed up with the prolific Amp Live (formerly of Bay Area rap duo Zion I) to bring us “Power Of People,” a straight up bass anthem.

For two artists who have been in the game longer than most, “Power Of People” subtly twists elements of old school dubstep and new school sound design. An invigorating build up that chants “Ain’t no power like the power of people, because the power of people don’t stop” leads into an explosive, screeching drop. The way they crafted this one up makes it sound timeless. This could have come out during any year between 2008-2020.
