Today we’re excited to introduce an artist who’s been making big waves in the world of bass music for some time. Hailing from the Denver dubstep scene, Dirt Monkey has delivered a wild new single titled, “Blue Java,” in collaboration with fellow low end ambassador, DMVU. This single comes off his upcoming Primatology record which releases December 13th as the first record on his own label, 19k.
“Blue Java” wastes no time getting the energy up as a muted yet moving line of drums, high-pitch croaks, and vocal loops get your heart racing from beat one. Before you know it we’re dropped into a pool filthy bass and wonky wubz that leaves you melting in your chair.
After hearing this crazy cut, it’s plain to see why artists including Excision, Zeds Dead, Griz, Virtual Riot, Flux Pavilion, and Ganja White Night, have all sung this man’s praises. Strap in tight, Dirt Monkey and DMVU are here take you on a ride in “Blue Java.” Enjoy!
