PREMIERE | Freddy Todd Serves Up New Bass Heater “Water Worker”

||, |,

Detroit native and experimental producer, Freddy Todd, has already had quite the year of releases in 2022 with the debut of his album, Nineteen Ninety, in addition to a new EP, Liquefaction. A seemingly endless source of creativity, Todd recently revealed to us yet another banging track, “Water Worker,” exclusively premiering today on TSIS.

“Water Worker” is a bass heavy, glitch-filled track that is sure to get your head bopping. Accented by samples of water (Todd’s inspiration behind the song), the track flows with lush, effortless style. The first drop, coming in at about the 30 second mark, combines overdriven synth bass and trap kits to create a heavy, deep groove. From there, the track expands upon itself drop after drop, adding complimentary production elements to take the track to new heights.

Here’s what Freddy Todd had to say about his new release:

This slower chugging 130 bpm dubstep bass blaster will be rinsing psychedelic bass-enthusiasts into strange wave shapes on the dance floor. 130 is the new 140.

You can listen to “Water Worker” exclusively at the link below, out everywhere July 15 via MorFlo Records. Enjoy!
