D.C. to LA based artist Imad Royal who we heard on single "Passenger" is a multitalented artist who is not only a gifted singer, but also expands his skillset as a producer and songwriter. We have the pleasure of premiering his first track of 2016 as a collaboration with New Orleans’ rapper Pell.
“Down For Whatever” is a dreamy, blissful track brightened by airy synths and a hip hop instrumental with trap style hi hats and kick drums allowing the uplifting vocals lay atop seemingly effortless as the falsetto vocals shine on the catchy chorus. Pell hops on the track with a groovy verse showing why he’s an exciting new rapper on the rise as he rounds out the vibe of this pleasant tune.
