Today we have the pleasure of introducing new faces to TSIS. Indie pop duo More Giraffes has been putting out some amazing music as of late, and now they’ve linked up with TSIS regular Sweater Beats for an impressive new collab “Playground” that we have the pleasure of premiering for you today. The duo consisting of Mark Hadley and Keeley Bumford have their forthcoming Bermuda EP on the way and we’re definitely stoked to hear the full project.
“Our upcoming ‘Bermuda’ EP is all about escaping reality and the distractions of the digital world. The 4 songs are different takes on finding happiness through connecting with the analog world and living in the moment. The first song is called “Playground” which we wrote with Sweater Beats, who had started this idea with the main guitar part. We immediately caught a nostalgic carefree vibe, so we wrote a song about embracing the little kid energy inside all of us. We live the life we choose, come to the playground!” – More Giraffes
