Last year, Rezz launched her very own label, HypnoVizion, with the goal of creating a space for the next generation of bass-obsessed, techno-savvy artists. The latest act to join the label is Seattle-based producer, Quackson, who’s been taking the industry by storm. This weekend, Rezz and Quackson teamed up for a collaborative new single titled “Gyrate,” featuring Wreckno.
We’ve all become familiar with Wreckno’s signature LGBTQ+ musical personality by now and he turns out to be the perfect contrast to the spooky production. Rezz’s signature dark sound can clearly be heard while Quackson lends his own unique bass-forward, mid-tempo sound design. “Gyrate” is an unusual and exciting combination of musicality that boldly sets the tone for HypnoVizion moving forward.
