RL Grime Drops Monstrous New Halloween: Dead Space Mix

RL Grime‘s new Halloween mix is here. This year, he’s given it a name for the first time, titling it Dead Space. It shares the same name as his new Halloween event, which took place last night at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. It was there that he debuted the mix live to over 17,000 people.

Now, we have Halloween XI: Dead Space in our own hands. This year it runs an hour and seventeen minutes, making it the longest Halloween mix from RL Grime to date. Continuing with the tradition of having special guests, this year RL Grime got famous boxing and football announcing Bruce Buffer (the “let’s get ready to rumble” guy), Jake Foushee, and as always, Goosebumps author R.L Stine.

This mix shows RL Grime at his most versatile yet. He’s never stood to strictly trap music, but this mix has everything: techno, drum & bass, ravey bass bangers, hip-hop, and more. There are several unreleased beasts in here that are getting their first play, too.
