RM47 Make TSIS Debut With Smooth Drum & Bass Track “UNDERWATER”

|||

RM47’s latest single “UNDERWATER” wastes no time establishing its core tension – built on a drum & bass backbone, wired with alt-electro synths, and structured around vocal phrasing that is the antithesis of bland. A keen forward momentum is present throughout, bringing out a foundation that allows a distinctive pacing to lock in and glide the listener through the ride.

Produced by Raleigh with co-production from Travis Mendes, every moment delivers a sense of meticulousness and intentionally, feeling like nothing was all sections and avenues were explored but the final render was assembled. Verses are spoken from the heart and bring authenticity and believability to the able, leaving one vulnerable to the serious earworm the hook caps the experience off with.

With a new project set to arrive in July, a Coachella DoLaB debut behind them, and a run of upcoming shows including an opening slot for Aluna at Elsewhere, RM47 are clearly beyond their beginnings. They’ve locked into a tone, a style, and rollout that feels like it’s working and simply fun to be a part of. Stream the track below and enjoy!
