The premiere hip-hop music festival in the states, Rock the Bells is taking place for it's 10th year this year with one of the it's biggest lineups to date taking place in Washington D.C. and New York, and already happened in LA and SF. It will be taking place in LA over the weekend of September 7th and 8th. Then in SF over September 14th and 15th. In D.C. over the weekend of September 28th and 29th. And ending in New York over October 4th and 5th.
