Frequent TSIS artist Kap Slap has been a mainstay on the site for quite some time now. Most recently we saw his collab with Gazzo on "Rewind". Before that, we premiered his winter themed "Winter Mix 2015" where we saw him diverge from his usual progressive and electrohouse vibes in favor of a more trap influenced compilation.
Today he drops off his latest remix, which is a flip of Rozes' "Burn Wild." You might know singer Rozes from her appearance on The Chainsmokers' smash hit ironically named "Roses." Kap Slap renders the track into a future / progressive house track by adding his own touch of shuttering break beats and sprawling high-end layers atop angsty drum progressions, all while keeping Rozes' beautiful lyrics intact. Listen for yourself below and if you are in LA, you can catch Kap Slap performing at CONTROL Avalon in LA on 2/5. Enjoy!
