Fresh off a huge Coachella run, DJ Mag’s “global garage phenomenon” Sammy Virji has released his newest single “Nostalgia”.
“Nostalgia” features not just Virji’s UKG drums, but a whimsical violin and electric vocals from the uber talented Issey Cross. This latest track from Virji is a bit of a switch-up from what listeners normally hear from him as he strays more into an alt-pop realm, keeping the vibe pretty light and insanely dancy.
Coachella and “Nostalgia” seem to just be the beginning for what is sure to be a rocket fueled 2025 for Sammy Virji. There is sure to be a slew of new music on the way, plus a packed schedule featuring Bonnaroo, Outside Lands, Movement, and much more.
