From his first feature on TSIS in 2013, to his latest appearance via the All Day I Dream winter sampler, Sébastien Léger has made his footprint and music known to our audiences over the years. The modular synth mastermind makes his return today, with his newest EP, Regina Blue.
An exploration of synth landscapes and eclectic grooves, the EP showcases the dynamic variety of styles Léger is able to flawlessly deliver. The first track, “Regina Blue,” makes its entrance with worldly melodic style and round plucks. Moving on to “We Used To Laugh,” the producer focuses his attention on warm tones, honing in on analog synth leads and a deep, four-on-the-floor groove. “The Indian Gate” closes out the EP with its club-centric feel, and low-key house vibes.
