It’s been a big year for Seven Lions. From releasing “See The End” with Above & Beyond on Anjunabeats, multiple singles, his Find Another Way EP, to growing his label Ophelia Records, there is nothing standing in his way. Today he’s released his take one 3LAU‘s hit single “Tokyo“, which has been the most played track for four weeks on Sirius XM BPM radio.
The original track has a certain drive and trance to it which makes it such hypnotizing groove. Seven Lions decided to keep these elements and vibes in place, so as to not deviate far from the original emotions conjured up by 3LAU, but he’s injected an extra mid-tempo umph. The track is filled with big synths, satisfying growls, and the huge arp, which gives the track so much drive.
