PREMIERE | SVDDEN DEATH & Subtronics Team Up On Incredibly Heavy New Dubstep Single “Surrender”

SVDDEN DEATH is one name we’ve been seeing pop up on our radar much more frequently as of late – and for good reason, as the LA-based producer has been absolutely killing it in the bass-music world over the last year. Now, ahead of his anticipated forthcoming Junkworld EP, we’re excited to premiere a brand new track off the new project, an absolute banger of a collab with Subtronics titled “Surrender”.

Coming off the success of his and Borgore’s recent collab, SVDDEN DEATH has taken his sound design to the next level on this latest release. Starting off slow with some soft percussion and ominous synth melody, it doesn’t take long for the track to whip into an explosive riddim drop. Characterized by skittering, mechanical-sounding stabs, shrill pulsing synths and wonky, distorted gargles, SVDDEN DEATH and Subtronics' unique sounds mix perfectly on this new one. Having preceded this latest release yesterday (Feb.22) by dropping the title track from his forthcoming EP, we’re getting more and more excited for the full project. Check out SVDDEN DEATH & Subtronics’ “Surrender” below and keep an eye out for the Junkworld EP dropping Monday (Feb. 26) via Never Say Die. Enjoy!
