Tape B Provides ‘A Dose of Nostalgia’ With Old-School Dubstep EP

|||

We’ve been paying close attention to rising bass music producer, Tape B, as of late. The South Florida producer has been making a lot of noise and has released on label heavyweights like Wubaholics, Deadbeats, WAKAAN and more. This time, however, he’s chosen to remain independent with his latest old-school dubstep EP, A Dose of Nostalgia.

Just as the title suggests, A Dose of Nostalgia is a trip down dubstep memory lane with a few twists and turns along the way. Heavily inspired by the 2010 ‘golden era’ of dubstep, Tape B manages to turn back the clock to what inspired him to make electronic music in the first place. Notes of Skream, Zeds Dead, Skrillex, Flux Pavilion, Doctor P, Caspa, Emalkay and more can be heard underneath the bed of melody-driven bass, robotic synths and cinematic soundscapes.

Tape B has proven capable of mastering a wide range of styles and has managed to honor the classic dubstep style properly. Stream the full EP below and enjoy!
