The Avalanches Announce New Remix Album Featuring Unreleased MF DOOM

|||

Australian electronic act The Avalanches have announced the official remix album to their debut project, Since I Left You. The album came out two decades ago back in 2000, and in celebration of the 20th anniversary, The Avalanches are breathing new life into it with a deluxe reissue that features a whole lineup of dope remixers.

One of the most eye-popping remixes that we saw on the tracklist is from none other than the late, legendary rapper, MF DOOM. DOOM is credited with a remix of the track “Tonight May Have To Last Me All My Life.” We have no idea how long The Avalanches have been sitting on this one, considering the original release date of Since I Left You, but we do know that this is a previously unheard verse from MF DOOM.

The full deluxe version of Since I Left You, with all the remixes, is set for a release date of June 4.

The package has been a labour of love and includes a bunch of remixes old, rare, forgotten and brand new.

Including work by @vynehall @MFDOOM @EEDDAANN @stereolabgroop @carlcraignet @DJPrincePaul @Sinkane @SUNARAW, Black Dice, Mario C, @deakin_official @djHarveymusic
and more..
