The Knocks Make ‘HISTORY’ On Long-Awaited Third Studio Album

||, , , |

It feels like it’s been forever since The Knocks graced us with their 2018 LP, New York Narcotic. The iconic NYC duo have kept busy though, releasing a multitude of singles, remixes, and collaborations, none bigger than their track with Odesza. It’s been a long time coming but we can finally say that The Knocks have unveiled their latest album, HISTORY.

Having been in the industry for so long, it’s obvious that The Knocks have made a few friends along the way. There is but one song on the album [“Boombox”] that doesn’t have a feature of some kind. Special guests include, MUNA, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Foster The People, Cold War Kids, Parson James, Dragonette, Cannons, Mallrat, Donna Missal, YOKE LORE and POWERS.

As expected, The Knocks navigate through various genres and styles across the project. Only they are capable of expertly blending elements of funk, hip hop, dance, pop, and indie. HISTORY comes out just in time for spring and will absolutely be our soundtrack to the summer months ahead. Stream the album below and enjoy!
