The Weeknd Shares Two Massive Collaborations with Future and Jeremih: Must Hear Hip-Hop / R&B

||, , , |,

The Weeknd has successfully crossed over from a dark, druggy, experimental R&B artist to one of the world’s biggest pop stars this year as he’s gained comparisons to Michael Jackson and dominated the Billboard charts. His successful year is coming to an end as he grabs multiple Grammy nominations including his album Beauty Behind The Madness. Now he’s blessed us with a couple gifts on Christmas.

On a new original track “Low Life,” Abel has linked up with none other than Future, who’s among year’s hottest rappers. They’ve also enlisted production talents from Ben Billions alongside Metro Boomin, who is having a breakout year. This track brings a throwback Weeknd sound with the dreamy and dark production having a chill trap beat as Future comes in with a multiple fire verses showing off some great chemistry between the two.

In addition, The Weeknd has also hopped on the remix of Jeremih’s “Pass Dat” off his new album Late Nights, his first album in five years. Abel shows off his swagginess with his groovy singing, and he even spits a few bars as he kicks off the song on this new version. Jeremih’s new album is an amazing listen from start to finish, and throwing The Weeknd on one of the best tracks was a great decision. Stream both below and enjoy!
