One of music’s most funkadelic characters, Thundercat, has just dropped a remix for his song “Dragonball Durag.” The tune was one of the most successful cuts off his most recent album, It Is What It Is, and now it get’s another life thanks to new verses from Smino and Guapdad 4000.
The beginning of this new version of “Dragonball Durag” starts off the same as the original. About a minute in, Smino comes in adding his unparalleled level of cool to the track. Guapdad’s verse is equally smooth. Considering the breezy, funk-laced production of the track, these two were perfect additions for a remix.
