TSHA Stuns On Groovy Electronic Tune “Running” Ahead of Debut Album

||, |

Having just played alongside Flume at Red Rocks Amphitheater, and preparing for the release of her debut album later this October, it’s safe to say that TSHA is having quite the impressive year. The standout electronic producer boasts an impressive discography and is backed by everyone from Bonobo to The Gorillaz. Today, she releases “Running,” the last single before the release of her debut album, Capricorn Sun.

Accompanied by an AI-based music video directed by Danaé Gosset, “Running” is an audio-visual experience. Atmospheric production from TSHA sets the listener on an ethereal journey, as a deep, four-on-the-floor house groove pushes the track forward. Ear-worm vocal samples and delicate guitar plucks fill the midrange of the track, showcasing TSHA’s immaculate production style and prowess.

Danaé Gosset, director of TSHA’s official video, commented on the dynamic production, saying:

The story we aimed to communicate is about escaping, embracing, and surrendering to the unexpected. Pushing the metaphysical and mystical sense of the human experience, feeling that we belong from the sole exploration of our minds and into the infinity of space. We tried to find a journey that escalates and changes its rhythm and pace along with it. While doing that we kept the protagonist in focus as we evolve through the trip from a literal point of view, which slowly escalates into an abstract and psychedelic visual exploration of self-introspection and imagination.
