Tycho has been one of the most creative, forward-thinking artists over the course of his long career. It’s been nearly two years since his last original release but today, he’s beginning a new chapter of music with his brand-new single “Time To Run.”
Tycho opts to return to his earlier, instrumental-forward sound on the track. He uses a unique mixture of synths, guitar licks, and driving drums to create a melodic yet energetic feel. There’s that classic Tycho ethereal sound in there but all underneath a livelier palette of instrumentation.
Tycho has also released a deeply personal music video for “Time To Run,” directed by Patrick Elmore. Check out the video below and enjoy!
