Watch A$AP Rocky Perform First Show Since Release From Swedish Jail

||, |,

A$AP Rocky just recently became a free man. Rocky was arrest in July in Sweden and charged with assault, to which he pleaded not guilty. He was locked up for weeks awaiting his release and is still waiting for the final verdict due this week on Aug. 14th. For Rocky’s first performance since being released, he took the stage at Real Street festival in Anaheim, California. Lucky for us some fans got video of the show and it’s great to see Rocky back at it.

“Y’all know how happy I am to be here right now, I wanna say this though. When I was away—hold the mosh please, this a sentimental moment!—what I experienced was crazy…. It was a scary, humbling experience but I’m here right now. God is good. People who ain’t even fuck with me felt sympathy. People was praying for me, that uplifted me when my spirits was low. I can’t thank y’all enough, man, that was crazy. Hip-hop never looked so strong together.” – A$AP Rocky

His performance included appearances from Tyler, the Creator, A$AP Ferg and YG with Tyler performing songs like “Who Dat Boy,” “Earfquake”. The performance was an epic return to the stage for Rocky and he did not hold back. He spoke to the crowd shedding some more light on his unfortunate situation below. Enjoy!
