Watch Mr. Carmack Unleash Heavy New IDs in Abandoned Warehouse

||, |, , ,

This isn’t the first time we’ve shared a performance video from Atlanta’s premier underground bass party, DEF. Their parties are top-notch, and the recordings of the events are of the highest quality. The most recent video they’ve shared is from none other than the legendary Mr. Carmack.

Being one of the most prolific producers in American bass music, Carmack needs little introduction. During this performance, he whipped out tracks from the earliest days of his discography to never-before-heard IDs that we’re foaming at the mouth for. At one point, in between tracks Carmack gets on the mic and says: “That’s some brand new shit… I made this one 12 years ago.”

The set lasted nearly two hours. While the energy remains high, Carmack also dips into some more low-key bass tunes to keep things fresh. The vibes and the crowd are thick throughout, as they typically are for DEF events. You can stream the full hour-and-45-minute set from Mr. Carmack below. Enjoy!
