Two of house music’s biggest names have just teamed up for one of the biggest collaborations of the year. ZHU and Wax Motif have joined the esteemed Astralwerks roster to release their incendiary single, “Better Recognize.”
Both artists co-wrote the track and produced it together, recording at San Francisco’s iconic Grace Cathedral and at Zhudio, ZHU’s LA studio. The pure rave vibes are just oozing out of this one as both ZHU and Wax Motif bring forth their best. ZHU’s signature vocals soar alongside blaring alarms while the rest of the production pulses on.
Here’s what Wax Motif had to say about the collab,
“It’s been a long time coming that ZHU and I were able to finally catch up in the studio and work together on music. After years of friendship, it was bound to happen but never forced. ‘Better Recognize’ is the product of two friends coming together and actually making a product we are proud of and something not forced. I hope that everyone enjoys it.”
