Although RL Grime only recently recently launched his Sable Valley label, the new imprint has churned out nothing but incredible, forward thinking releases. Having been home to a huge return from Jackal and a heavy new EP from JAWNS, today we’re excited to have the pleasure of premiering up-and-coming Canadian producer Cozway & rising South-African bass-bringer Jon Casey’s wild new SV membership collab, “Ambush”.
As both Cozway & Jon Casey have been absolutely killing it in the experimental bass/trap scene as of late, we’re exceedingly excited to see these two newcomers join forces on this latest offering. Coming as their Featuring a masterful blend of wonky, skittering percussion, dark atmospheric soundscapes and heavy, booming bass – we’ll definitely be keeping a closer eye on these two from now on.
