If you’re sick of attending festivals put on by large music conglomerates, Dancefestopia might be the electronic music festival for you. Coming up on its 11th year running, the Kansas City-based festival proudly boasts its heritage as a locally operated and funded festival. They just announced their lineup for 2023, and it’s a dream lineup for any bass and dubstep fan.
From September 4-10, 2023, festival goers will be treated to headlining sets from Zeds Dead, Excision, Subtronics, and Sullivan King. While the lineup includes veterans like Borgore and Zomboy, the undercard is also stacked. If you make your way to the Emerald City, make sure to catch TSIS up-and-coming favorites like A Hundred Drums and Tape B.
Dancefestopia offers much more than music, though. In addition to this amazing lineup, attendees can explore the forest, chill by the pool, or float on the lake. More adventurous attendees can also sign up to rock climb or canoe.
If any of the above sounds like a good time, you can check out the full lineup below and buy tickets here.
