Joey Bada$$ had us at the edge of our seats last year when he dropped off The Light Pack (he also announced a new album on the way). Those three tracks sounded like a Joey definitively in his prime. Today, Joey continued those momentous raps when he delivered a brand new single called “Let It Breathe.”
This new track came as a celebration of Joey’s birthday today. He turned 26. He seems at the very top of his game right now, and he always snaps on top of Statik Selektah‘s beats.
There’s still no news on when exactly he’s planning on dropping an album, but we’ll have our ear to the ground.
