It wasn’t too long ago that we were sharing the news that Mac Miller received platinum certification for his track “Self Care.” Over the weekend, the entire 2018 album that “Self Care” came off of, Swimming, has now gone platinum, reaching 1,000,000 total units moved.

This is the first album from Mac Miller to ever achieve RIAA‘s platinum certification. While it’s a bittersweet moment, knowing Mac is not around to witness his music’s achievement, it’s heart-warming to know how passionate his fans are, bumping his music every day.

During the same week, Mac Miller’s posthumous album, Circles, has achieved gold certification, reaching 500,000 units moved. This is Mac’s fifth album to go gold, joining Blue Slide Park, GO:OD AM, Watching Movies With The Sound Off, and Swimming.

While you’re here, why don’t you give both Swimming and Circles some whirls below.
