After announcing his forthcoming album RIPPLS back in December, Medasin has finally dropped the first single from the long awaited project! This new song, titled “Get By” features none other than phenomenal R&B artist, Cautious Clay. These two captains of chill have linked before on Clay’s track “HONEST ENOUGH”, but this latest makes a serious case for the duo’s best work yet.
This inaugural RIPPLS single is some next level work from Medasin. Channeling an emotive hip-hop vibe, the pensive producer infuses his lush signature synths with a kinetic drum kit & Clay’s velvety vocals for a genre-blending track with an underlying bite.
