Colorado electro soul/hip-hop producer and younger brother to Pretty Lights, Motifv, has been steadily doing his thing for the last few years. Earlier this year, he dropped his cozy collaboration with Late Night Radio and is now back with his newest solo single, “Where Is Love?,” out now via Featherweight Records.
Motifv has perfected the ability to craft soul-warming beats with just the right amount of swagger. His heavy use of sampling shines through on “Where Is Love?” as a gospel choir is featured throughout. Motifz switches gears around the halfway mark upping the tempo into something more drum & bass adjacent while infusing some groovy bass wubs.
