Mura Masa is nearly ready to hand over his sophomore studio album, titled R.Y.C. The anticipated project is due out next Friday, and Mura has given us one “last taster” before it drops. Today, Mura Masa drops “Teenage Headache Dreams,” featuring Ellie Rowsell and Wolf Alice.
Mura has been really exploring an indie rock / electronic fusion sound recently, and we’re entirely here for it. Even though we first fell in love with his out-of-the-box bassy beats, it’s always nice to see an artist branch out and find their own unique sound. Mura Masa is as versatile as they come, and after hearing some of the music he’s been putting out recently, we can’t wait to hear what his album will sound like.
Listen to “Teenage Headache Dreams” below, and stay tuned for the drop of his second studio album, R.Y.C., at the end of next week, January 17.
