PREMIERE | Daniel Allan Continues To Impress With Wavy Electro-Pop Tune “Peanut Butter”

||, |, ,

Last month we were introduced to LA-based artist, Daniel Allan, for the premiere of his track, “Insomnia.’ Today, we welcome the up-and-comer back with a pristine new electro-pop track titled “Peanut Butter,” coming to us via CloudKid.

This latest bop is an easy going track with a gentle upbeat energy, making it a perfect jam for any time of day. Perrin Xthona’s unbelievably smooth feature vocals provide the perfect tone for this love song. As the thick bass buzzes in the background, minimal but purposeful percussion drives this song forward while off-beat synths pop over tender keyboards. Allan had this to say on “Peanut Butter.”

Peanut Butter is a song about the ‘honeymoon’ phase of a relationship, where all you want to do is spend as much time with your new person, and you’re clingy in the cutest way. The writing on this track was partly inspired by quarantine; there’s nothing else to do this Summer, so why not chill together every day? It’s the perfect sequel to Insomnia… a version of the story where the late night thoughts and carefulness has turned into spending time together

This track is as sweet as they come and you can bet we’ll be bumping it all day. Stream Daniel Allan’s latest single, “Peanut Butter,” below. Enjoy!
