Today we have the pleasure of introducing a rising artist to TSIS with the premiere of an infectious new song. Brendan Bell, aka Covex, has been on our radar for a minute now with his ethereal productions and does not disappoint on his latest. The Colorado native has enlisted the alluring vocals of Cxssidy on his new collaboration “Breakaway” alongside Cozmoe that we’re pleased to be premiering today.
We previously premiered Cozmoe for his debut song “Brand New Day” and he impresses us once again alongside Covex.
This new one will resonate with any fan of ODESZA or Foreign Family as Covex and Cozmoe expertly captures the mystical sound design we’ve heard from FFC releases in the past. They blend gentle instrumentation with dreamy sound design and elements sampling nature in the most relaxing way. The song has a nostalgic quality about it and will surely get stuck in your head.
