The hip-hop scene is absolutely exploding with talented young artists, and two of the game’s heaviest hitters have just teamed up on a straight up ruthless new track. Miami based Smokepurpp has recruited fellow Miami product and TSIS regular, Denzel Curry, on his latest single, “What I Please.”
When Purpp and Curry hop on a track together, you know that ish is gonna be money from front to back. The track starts with a hauntingly simple loop of bells, and once Purpp jumps in with a high-powered intro, you know this song is about to go off. Hold up though, then those 808’s drop in like a ton of bricks and Denzel Curry takes off with some machine-gun like rapping and this song becomes a full blown banger. These Miami boys hold absolutely nothing back in this full-throttle cut.
“What I Please” comes as the third single from Purpp’s upcoming album, Deadstar 2, which drops this Friday via Alma Records. Turn those speakers up to 11 and push play on the video below, this track bumps. Enjoy!
