As we close out 2019, Psychedelic genre-fluid artist Tame Impala closes out the biggest year of their career but doing the only thing to possible to close it on an even bigger note, by announcing the biggest tour they have ever embarked on. They just announced a primarily arena filled US 2020 tour during the heat of festival season and we are losing it. See full tour dates below.

Kevin Parker (aka Tame Impala) has had an incredible 2019.  From only releasing one new song and then touring all year and even managing to play on Saturday Night Live, then after all that he finally announced his highly anticipated upcoming album, The Slow Rush, arriving in 2020. We also got treated to two more new songs from The Slow Rush. After all that we get news of this even bigger tour. What more could we ask for?

These summer tour dates also guarantee that Tame Impala will be in the States during peak festival season, they’ve played literally almost all the major US festivals from Coachella, Lollapalooza, Austin City Limits so we can hope they will make the long awaited return to Bonnaroo as well hopefully an appearance at Outside Lands. Any other predictions you have come up with on your end? Feel free to share in the comments.

While this tour has lots of really amazing venues on were noting is the debut headline performance at The Gorge outside Seattle which is sure to be one not to forget.

Also going out on the road will be indie singer Perfume Genius for the whole run. Clairo is supporting the California dates that were already announced. They will also be having MGMT play as well on the Mexico dates.

With this news, our excitement for the new year just went through the roof. Tickets go on sale on December 13, and they are sure to fly off the shelves. Check out the tour schedule below to see if Tame Impala is coming to a city near you!
