Walker & Royce don’t miss. Every single one of the Dirtybird duo’s releases, whether it be original or a remix, hits just right. Walker & Royce are the latest producers to drop remixes of Mindchatter’s debut album, and here they’ve given us not one, but two tasty remixes of one of “Language”.
The first remix of “Language” showcases their signature sound and transforms Mindchatter’s minimalist production into a ravey dancefloor number. This version’s groove has all the glitchy, trippy effects we love and have come to associate with the Dirtybird duo.
The second remix is a “Sunday Afternoon” edit, meant to wind down the weekend. Walker & Royce exhibit a more experimental sound on this version, giving it a more melodic vibe to create a deeper sound. There are more synths and keys on this version than the first, but there are still satisfying dark bass elements sprinkled throughout.
