Flume Releases Sharp Second Round of ‘Palaces’ Remixes

||, , |,

Flume has doled out another collection of remixes from his most recent studio album, Palaces. This pack contains five remixes from a well-rounded selection of distinctly talented artists.

The house and techno side of the remix EP is represented by left-field leaner Sofia Kourtesis, the always groovy Kareem Ali, and the recently-ravey Motez. On the bass music side is a jungly D&B cut from Coco Bryce and a hard-hitting heater from the consistent UK pair, Ivy Lab.

“Sirens” and “Say Nothing” are both highly unique songs in their own right, but each one of these five artists takes the tracks in totally new directions. None of them sound alike, and it’s a great reminder of how much variety can exist under the dance music umbrella. Flume (or whoever was responsible for curating these releases) deserves a pat on the back for these diverse, killer remixes so far.

You can listen to these Flume remixes below. Enjoy!
