For over a decade, three-piece production powerhouse NERO has continued to solidify themselves as absolute legends in the electronic music world. Yet, as successful as the trio has become, it’s always exciting to witness larger-than-life artists switch things up deep into their career – as is the case today as NERO founding member Joseph Ray has delivered two new solo singles, “Room 1.5” and “Chem-EX”.
As we recently saw with the inception of fellow members Dan Stephens and Alana Watson’s The Night side project, each member of NERO has a lot to offer outside their original genre. And coming as his second ever solo releases, Joseph Ray has very fittingly found himself amongst the ever-evolving Anjunadeep roster.
With his latest offerings featuring a vibe in stark contrast to that of NERO’s big, bombastic, mainstage monstrosities – although we weren’t sure exactly what to expect from the multi-talented producer, we’re absolutely loving his deep, melodic, atmospheric & intricate progressive house / techno sound. Check out “Room 1.5” and “Chem-EX” below and enjoy!
