Mac Miller’s ‘Swimming’ Remains on Billboard Charts After 157 Weeks

The last album that Mac Miller released before he passed is still his most successful. Swimming, released September 8, 2018, has remained on the Billboard 200 chart for over three years now. It currently sits at the #121 spot, just above Lil Tjay’s Destined To Win and below Rod Waves’ Pray 4 Love. This is the 157th week in a row Swimming has been on the Billboard 200.

Singles from the project also continue to see individual success. Mac’s “Self Care” went double platinum earlier this year, and was joined later on by a regular platinum certification for “Come Back To Earth.” Swimming became Mac’s first platinum album ever on March 1, 2021.

Mac Miller’s unfinished, posthumously released album, Circles, spent a solid 59 weeks on the Billboard 200, making it his second most commercially successful album.
