It’s always a good day when we get some new music from Medasin. Having come off an incredible year of dropping his debut album Irene, collaborating with the Ekali & Louis Futon and remixing Post Malone, Khalid and more, today the Texas-based producer has dropped off yet another incredible jam, titled “Mr. Skitters”.
Although he may self proclaimed “brilliant young man” has a knack for messing around, when it comes to his music, Medasin is seriously good. Coming off a recent collab with Cautious Clay, and easily making it into our Top 20 Electronic Albums Of 2018, this latest offering perfectly exemplifies the multi-talented artist’s musical prowess. Filled with soft, ethereal synth melodies, crisp percussion and slow rolling bass, whether its a heavy bass banger or a bright, beautiful ballad, Medasin shines all the same.
