With Bonobo‘s highly anticipated new album, Fragments, just over a week away, he’s unveiled the final single before its arrival. This brand new track is titled “From You,” and it’s yet another lovely piece of music, this time featuring the somber specialist that is Joji.
The downtempo vibe of “From You” creates a perfect soundscape for Joji to work his magic, delivering his signature croons over a steady, oscillating bassline. This is a tune that you can easily play over and over again, and another reason we are at the edge of our seats to hear this new album.
So far, each of the singles we’ve heard from Fragments has been simply great. “Shadows,” “Otomo,” and “Tides,” have also featured guest appearances from other artists, marking the project as a strong collaborative effort.
